Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 April 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing the Margin Boost website or using the Margin Boost application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Margin Boost provides software tools for margin analysis, international pricing recommendations, audit history, and market-specific price synchronization for Shopify merchants. The service is provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business inputs you provide, including cost assumptions, target margins, shipping and duty assumptions, and market configuration. You remain responsible for reviewing the operational, financial, tax, legal, and commercial impact of price changes and for deciding whether to approve or apply them.
4. Billing
Paid plans renew according to the pricing and billing terms presented in the app or through Shopify billing. Charges, renewals, free trials, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the billing terms shown to the merchant at the time of purchase, except where different treatment is required by law.
5. Shopify Platform and Access
Use of Margin Boost may require a Shopify store, Shopify app installation, and the grant of API permissions necessary for the app to function. If Shopify changes its platform, APIs, policies, or billing systems, Margin Boost may need to change how the service operates.
6. Intellectual Property
Margin Boost and its related branding, software, and content remain the property of Margin Boost or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active subscription.
7. Disclaimer
Margin Boost provides commercial decision support. Pricing recommendations are based on available data and merchant-provided assumptions and are not financial, legal, or tax advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Margin Boost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@marginboost.net. Margin Boost operates from London, UK.
